Separate left and right, positive and negative channel wires split the signal transfer. When connected to the AM3 module for the X7 or an Astell & Kern player (model AK300 and beyond) RC-ATHBcan greatly increase the signal-to-noise ratio as well as enhance the channel separation.
The result is a wider sound-stage and more textured bass along with a blacker background during quiet musical passages. The RC-ATHB adopts Teflon for the sheath. Utilizing 11 strands of silver plated copper (each with a diameter of 0.08mm) which are woven into one single wire, the RC-ATHB represents outstanding value for the price.
